PROGRAMS
Community donations have helped over 100,000 men, women, and children since inception. Giving Back Campaigns are coordinated throughout the year to encourage others to help those in need. The campaigns are donation drives which provide youth, homeless and transitional shelters with the necessities for individuals and families. There are two yearly drives -- a Back-to-School Drive from July through August to collect school supplies and another drive for the Holiday season from November through December. With the help of our partners, both annual drives are supported throughout the state.
The PMJ Foundation works diligently to provide programs and resources for low income families, especially our youth. Education is the key to success for today's youth. Unfortunately, many students attend school under challenging circumstances and need support. Many need to overcome an obstacle course of economic distress, domestic instability, community violence and a lack of resources. Our programs are designed to help students be successful in their academic course of study while engaging, empowering and stabilizing families as they build brighter futures.
Together, we can present possibilities for a brighter future for our at-risk youth while changing our own. It just takes you.
CAREER AWARENESS PROJECT (CAP)
The PMJ Foundation’s Career Awareness Project (CAP) program is a unique after-school program that brings professionals from the outside world to funded Baltimore City and County Schools. CAP is specifically designed to benefit at-risk youth in schools where much of the population is at or below poverty level
and resources are limited. Since being developed and implemented
in 2006, CAP has seen a dramatic increase in academic performance,
attendance, and a decrease in school drop-out rates.
We have proudly served nearly a thousand students in fifth grade
and middle school. All sponsorship levels are 100% tax deductible.

BACK-TO-SCHOOL DRIVE
Held annually, the PMJ Foundation Back-to-School Drive helps to prepare at-risk youth for the upcoming school year. Community resources are utilized to equip students with vital tools necessary to begin the school year successfully. The 2022 Back-to-School Drive: Thank you to all who helped our community children be ready for the start of the new school year. Approximately 900 students benefited from our Annual Back-to-School Drive as a result of your generous donations. Please continue to support our invaluable programs.

HOLIDAY DRIVE
The holiday season symbolizes the importance of family and friends. However, for many people in our
community, the season is wrought with uncertainty and struggle. With your continuing support and generosity, we are able to make the holiday season a little brighter for families in need. Each year, we plan to serve over 1,000 families. Clothing, daily necessities and toys will be provided as a result of your donation.
